Manufacturers and importers of e-cigarettes and refill containers with nicotine must ensure that the products have a health warning in Danish and are labeled correctly.
Requirements of health warnings
All e-cigarettes and refill containers with nicotine must be provided with the following health warning: "This product contains nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance".
The health warnings must be placed on the outer packaging for refill containers or e-cigarettes that can be used with nicotine containing liquids. It must be placed on the two largest surfaces and cover 30% of the surface.
In Danish: "Dette produkt indeholder nikotin, som er et yderst afhængighedsskabende stof"

The outer packaging for refill containers or e-cigarettes, which may be used with nicotine-containing liquids, must contain a list of all ingredients included in the product as well as a recommendation to keep the product out of the reach of children.
A general instruction for use is required, including information that the product is not recommended for use by young people and non-smokers and warnings for specific risk groups. The user manual must also indicate possible harmful effects and addictive properties of the product.
