Marketing ban of particular types of tobacco

It is banned to market tobacco for oral use. This ban includes e.g. snuff. Furthermore, it is banned to market cigarettes and roll-your-own tobacco with a characterizing flavour such as menthol.

Equipment that may alter the smell, taste or smoke is prohibited

Equipment that may alter the smell, taste or smoke formation of tobacco products or herbal smoking products are be prohibited in Denmark. Examples of such products are flavour cards, aroma click balls, taste filters, etc.

Other kinds of tobacco

In Denmark, it is banned to market tobacco for oral use if it is not intended for inhalation or chewing. E.g., snuff is covered by this ban. Moreover, tobacco which includes certain additives is not allowed to be marketed in Denmark.
